7 Powerful Morning Habits of Celebrities to Steal

Getting up in the morning is undoubtedly one of the worst things to do. You gotta get dressed, rush to work, and start your day in a rush. Or do you?

Your day doesn’t have to start badly. You can take a look at some of the morning habits of celebrities we’ll list below and apply whatever you like – or steal the whole daily routine.

Morning habits of Mark Zuckerberg

The Facebook founder truly is an intriguing personality. Apart from working on making Facebook better, Mark starts each day by waking up at 8 AM. We agree that that’s one of the good habits to follow. Waking up early will set you up for success, and you’ll feel like you have more waking hours to use for whatever you like.

Mark also immediately grabs his phone and starts scrolling around. While you’re probably doing it as well, this act can leave you drained and anxious. We recommend avoiding your devices for the first 15 to 30 minutes and focusing on yourself and your thoughts.

The Facebook founder also tries to run at least three times each week. Staying in shape is essential to increasing productivity and staying positive.

Morning habits of Elon Musk

You don’t have to be the one to send Dogecoin to Mars, but you can check out Elon’s morning routine. Elon tries to grab onto at least six hours of sleep each night. He gets up around 7 AM, showers, dresses, and has a cup of coffee. He’s usually in a huge rush, so he tends to skip breakfast. Unless you’re practicing intermittent fasting, this is not the best habit to nurture.

Elon mentioned that showering is the best part of his morning routine. We agree that a morning shower can be one of the best ways to wake up and face all the challenges.

After he drives his kids to school, he heads straight to work.

Morning habits of Kim Kardashian

The star of Keeping up with the Kardashians tends to wake up at 6 AM – if there are no cameras around. Kim’s morning habits include a workout before her children get up, then having breakfast with her family.

Since Kim is usually very busy, she doesn’t wait up. Right after breakfast, she heads straight to her office, where she tests out perfume samples and makeup products.

Getting straight to work might just be your cup of tea. However, chances are you’ll feel less motivated if you overeat. So keep your portions controlled and make sure to eat slowly.

Morning habits of Oprah Winfrey

Oprah wakes up at 7:10 AM each morning. For her, the ideal day is a mix of small things and events. That’s why, by 8 o’clock, she’s out, walking her dogs. At 8:30 she devotes her time to spiritual exercises. We agree with this – you mustn’t work on your physique only. Including the right amount of meditation, affirmations, or positive thinking can do wonders for your mental health.

At about 9 she’s onto exercising. Another great thing that Oprah does, that won’t cost you a penny, is just imagining how her day will unfold and reflecting on the positive events of the previous 24 hours. This can set you up for a day of positivity and opportunities!

Morning habits of Gary Vaynerchuk

This entrepreneur and investor gets up at 6 each day. Naturally, for him, each minute counts, and time is money. Like Mark, he grabs his phone and starts looking at the latest info.

He proceeds to working out, spending some time with the kids, and by 8 AM he’s on his way to the office, likely packed with positive energy. Consuming the latest online content seems to be the key to Gary’s success. He invested in tons of online companies and, normally, he wants to know what’s going on.

Morning habits of Warren Buffett

Everyone heard of Warren Buffett. While you may not land Warren Buffett net wealth, chances are you’ll take what serves you from his morning habits. Warren is big on reading. He spends about 80% of his time immersed in books and newspapers.

Usually, he’ll wake up at 6:45 and do his best to read at least 500 pages each day.

We know you probably don’t have that much time to spend on reading – one’s gotta earn a living, right? – but you can definitely train yourself to read at least 10 to 50 pages of something useful each morning. In time, you’ll notice the benefits of reading and start enjoying it even more.

Morning habits of Jack Ma

The e-commerce mogul wakes up at about 7 AM and has some time with his family. For him, staying happy is the key to running his Alibaba kingdom.

“I try to make myself happy, no, because I know that if I’m not happy, my colleagues are not happy and my shareholders are not happy and my customers are not happy.”

He also practices Tai Chi and claims he runs the business by that philosophy.

If you expected to see some magic, we’re sorry to disappoint you. Celebrities are people too, and they want to do stuff that makes them happy. This, out of all, could be the most important lesson to learn. You don’t have to go through articles online to find a “perfect morning routine.” You should create your own. We are thankful that you read this article, though.
